Journey maps

These initial personas and journeys were created to better understand our patient onboarding and overall life cycle in their RPM program. Visualizing touch-points and pain-points helped identify areas for improving the customer and provider experience.


It’s easy to loose perspective on who you serve. Initial persona sets were explored to better understand and grow Vivify’s core demographics segments and their potential pathway journeys.
